There’s a small hotel and it’s nestled
along a curve of the
Connecticut coastline where
Long Island Sound is its widest and the view seems to stretch to infinity. The
hotel dates back to 1800, when it was a boarding house for shipbuilders during
the great whaling days. Through its glorious history , the hotel has undergone
many renovations and enhancements, but one thing has remained constant: The
magnificent location.
While the location can’t get better, we are
currently rebuilding our resort to provide you with the finest lodging and
dining experiences. The newly designed beachfront resort will feature 32
waterfront rooms with private balconies. The spacious double and king bedded
rooms are appointed with luxury amenities such as, lavish bedding, fine
linens, five star bath products, wireless internet capability, 32” flat screen
televisions and fireplaces. Our guests will be able to enjoy the fitness
room, relaxation room and spa, two restaurants, the Library Pub, and the
convenience of valet parking.
The second floor ballroom will feature
panoramic views and professionally designed interiors. Our conference
rooms will feature state of the art equipment and service, bringing your
meetings to a new level of productivity. |
